Wilkes University Athletics

A 34 year member of the Wilkes athletic department...called the "Mother of Wilkes Women's Athletics"...in 1960-61, was first coach of women's basketball and coached for 10 seasons...started field hockey in 1962 and coached for eight seasons...began volleyball in 1975 and coached for 15 years, including a 16-6 record in 1982...earned a MAC playoff berth in 1982.
