Mike Schroat finished his career on the mat at Wilkes with a 49-4-7 dual record standing seventh all-time on the school’s dual record list...A three-year starter for legendary coach John Reese, Schroat (158) finished sixth in 1988 at the Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (EIWA) before claiming third in 1989 and second in his senior year in 1990...The 1989 Wilkes Open champion at 150-pounds, Schroat was named to the Wilkes Super 16 team for his performance on the mat in the Navy and Gold.
