DeMarco kept Wilkes in the playoff race this past week with two great outings against Lycoming and Juniata. She started with a complete game gem against the Warriors, allowing six hits, two runs, and striking out four batters in a 4-2 win. She followed it up with a complete game, two-hit shutout against the Eagles where she struck out another five batters. Overall, she finished with 14.0 innings pitched, just eight hits allowed, two earned runs, and nine strikeouts.
