Mission:
The mission of the Wilkes University strength and conditioning program is to assist student-athletes in attaining their full athletic potential. The successful strength and conditioning program will decrease the student-athlete’s potential for injury and improve the student-athlete’s overall power, strength, speed, and agility.Â

Establish the Wilkes University athletic program as one of the premier programs in NCAA Division III. Student-athletes will reach their full potential through the utilization of innovative technology, use of state of the art equipment, and exposure to sport specific exercise programs.
