Swain made significant contributions to help the Colonels take down cross-town rival King's College twice last week in UCHC play. He opened the week with three goals in the second period on Wednesday to complete the hat trick en route to a 6-2 victory over the Monarchs. He continued his scoring touch on Sunday, finding the back of the net twice in the third period to cap off a 5-0 win over King's. The junior ended the week at +3 with five points (5 G), including a power play tally. He also registered nine shots on goal and recorded one block on the week. Swain has nine points through ten games into the season, surpassing the previous single-season point total (8) he set in 2021-22.
