Wierdsma recorded two points for the Colonels on one goal and one assist as the team went 1-0-1 against Alvernia to close the regular season. Wierdsma assisted on the Wilkes goal to tie the game during a 1-1 tie at Alvernia on Friday. During Saturday's 3-1 win Wierdsma scored the first goal for the Colonels to tie the game at 1-1 on the power play. Over the two games she was a plus-2 and blocked eight shots. In Saturday's game she helped anchor a defense that allowed only 14 shots on goal.
