The junior hit .625 (5-for-8) with a triple, three RBIs and three runs scored. Show went 2-for-4 with what was the game-winning RBI in the first inning and scored a run in the Colonels 4-0 victory in game one. He also pitched a scoreless ninth inning to hold down the 4-0 victory with one strikeout. In game two, Show went 3-for-4 with a triple, two RBIs and two runs scored. Show tripled in the bottom of the sixth to start a Wilkes comeback and make the game 7-1. Then in the bottom of the seventh he singled to make the score 7-3 for his second RBI of the game. He later scored as part of a seven-run bottom of the seventh which ended with a walk-off home run in a 9-7 victory.
