Luke Spencer helped the Colonels sweep Moravian for their second Landmark Conference series victory. On Friday, Spencer went 2-for-2 with 2 RBIs, a double, and two stolen bases in the 12-2 win over the Greyhounds. In game one of Sunday’s doubleheader, Spencer went 2-5 at the plate and hit his first home run as a Colonel with a two-run blast that put Wilkes ahead 5-1. In game two, Spencer hit a double and got a stolen base as a part of the 9-5 win. The junior ended the series hitting 5-11 (.454) with 3 RBIs, 2 doubles, one home run, and three stolen bases.
