The Wilkes University men's soccer team challenged Lebanon Valley on Sunday, losing to the Dutchmen in a low scoring battle, 1-0.

The only goal of the game was scored in the 41st minute by Dutchman midfielder Andrew Cooper on a pass from Eric Woods. Wilkes would get off 21 shots in the game, 13 of which were on goal, but Lebanon Valley goalie Andrew Raudensky saved all 13 shots.

With the loss the Colonels fall to 2-3 on the season and find themselves on a three game skid. Wilkes will look to bounce back against Dickinson on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at Dickinson. The game will begin at 4 pm.
