ALLIANCE, OH – No. 21 Wilkes University won three of four matches, including a 20-18 defeat of 19th-ranked Ohio Northern, at the Mount Union Duals in Alliance, Ohio on Saturday.

The Colonels also defeated Mount St. Joseph 28-13 and Baldwin Wallace 43-8 while losing to the 29th-ranked host Mount Union 22-15.

Myzar Mendoza (Westminster, MD/Winters Mill) went 2-0 at 125 and Anthony Dattolo (Succasunna, NJ/Roxbury) took both of his matches at 149 to pace the Colonels, who now move to 6-2 on the season.

Wilkes is off for two weeks before traveling to Grantham for the Messiah Petrofes Tournament.
