WILKES-BARRE – Wilkes University fell to Dickinson College 3-0 in a non-conference men's soccer game on Tuesday night at the Ralston Athletic Complex.

Dickinson (4-0) struck first, as Javier Mena found the top left corner of the net in the eighth minute to put the Red Devils up 1-0. They kept the heat on the Colonels through most of the first half, but Wilkes rebounded, slowing down the ball and dictating the pace of the first half.

The Red Devils regained control in the second half, putting pressure on offensively and getting their second goal from Shephard Waldenberger in the 70th minute. They struck again 10 minutes later when Sung Woo Kim found the back of the net.

Kaleb Smith (Beavertown, Midd-West) and Dakota Cole (Towanda, Troy) combined for nine saves in goal for Wilkes.

The Colonels return to the pitch on Saturday when they travel to Elizabethtown. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m.
