Colonels Notebook
• The Colonels finished the John Reese Duals last Saturday with a 3-1 overall mark posting wins over No. 13 Centenary, NYU, and Plymouth State before falling to No. 9 Cortland State.

• Elizabethtown took a 23-12 decision in Elizabethtown, Pa. last season in a battle of two ranked squads as Wilkes was ranked 15th at the time while the Blue Jays were tabbed 22nd.

• The Colonels feature two ranked wrestlers and two honorable mentions according to d3wrestle.com rankings as of 11/15/11. Ryan Wilson (Manasquan, NJ/Wall Township) is ranked 10th at 141 standing a perfect 6-0 on the year. Anthony Dattolo (Succasunna, NJ/Roxbury) is tabbed 4th at 149 also unbeaten at 7-0. Nathan White (Ellicott City, MD/River Hill) (165) and Dustin Stough (Friendsville, MD/Northern Garrett) (174) garnered Honorable Mention selections standing 3-3 and 4-2 respectively on the young season.

• 15 Colonels are in the running for the ten starting spots Friday as competitions at 165, 184, and 285 are still being competed for.

• Elizabethtown has four wrestlers mentioned in the d3wrestle.com rankings as Will Bentley (125), Quint Eno (165), and William Meaney (285) are all listed as Contenders. Tye Boyer is ranked 9th at 149.
