WILKES GOLFERS FALL IN HOME DEBUT AGAINST MISERICORDIA, 335-386

BACK MOUNTAIN, PA – The Wilkes University golf team fell in its home debut Monday afternoon dropping a 335-386 decision to Misericordia University at Huntsville Golf Club.

Jeremy Nolt (Bloomsburg, PA/Central Columbia) led the way for the Colonels shooting a 92 on the par 72 course. Frederick Tolerico (Carbondale, PA/Lakeland) followed carding an 85, while Anthony Gagliostro (Washington Township, NJ /River Dell Regional) finished with a 97.

Adam Deporter shot a match-low 79 for the Cougars while Jeff Slanovec came in with an 82.

Wilkes returns to the course next Monday when they compete at the Muhlenberg Fall Classic at 10:30 a.m.
