Wilkes concludes its season with a 12-5-5 overall mark. The Lady Colonels set school records for goals allowed (15) and total team shutouts (12). Wilkes broke open a scoreless game 27:46 into the first half when Jana Martin (Lititz, PA/Manheim Central)'s shot deflected off a Stevenson defender and Krista Zawistowski (Syosset, NY/Syosset) kicked home the rebound for her first goal of the season. Stevenson's Jamie Matlock tied the game at the 60:31 mark in the second half when she found the back of the net off an assist from Meaghan Williams. Neither team was able to score the game-winner in regulation as the contest went into the first extra session. From there, Curry headed home the deciding tally on a cross from Shannon McGuire to give the Mustangs the ECAC title. Wilkes graduates six seniors from this' year's squad including three-time All-Freedom performers Katy Fissel (Madison, NJ/Madison) and Lyndsay Ellis (Shavertown, PA/Dallas).
