With the loss, the Colonels stand at 3-2 while Elizabethtown improves their record to 2-3-1. The lone action for the Colonels began just four minutes into the game when a Colby Gehers (Middleburg, PA/Midd-West) dish hit the crossbar and was tapped in by Eric McAnena (Horsham, PA/Abington). The goal for McAnena is his fourth on the season. The Blue Jays gained command of the game by scoring three times before the end of the half. Kyle Volk and Luis Devia added goals at the 23 and 25 minute mark respectively. Cal Graziano added a goal off a Shane Votto assist one minute before the end of the first half. Patrick Loube (Boyertown, PA/Boyertown) snagged one save on the day for the Colonels while Rodrigo Barrera had two tallies of his own in net for the Blue Jays.
