WILKES GOLFERS DROP 302-361 DECISION AGAINST SCRANTON
 
DALLAS, PA –  Darren Mensch (Muncy, PA/Muncy) led the Wilkes University golf team carding an 85 but the Colonels dropped a 302-361 decision to the University of Scranton Friday afternoon at the Huntsville Golf Club.
 
Arlindo Isidoro (Nazareth, PA/Nazareth Area) followed Mensch shooting an 86, while Anthony Gagliostro (Washington Township, NJ /River Dell Regional) and Jonathan Nagar (Sayre, PA/Sayre) each tallied a 95. Frederick Tolerico (Carbondale, PA/Lakeland) (97) and Anthony Pero (Old Forge, PA/Old Forge) (110) rounded out the Colonel participants.
 
Erik Meyer led Scranton carding a match-low 70 collecting medalist honors with a two under par.
 
Wilkes returns to the greens Monday, October 8th when the Colonels host Misericordia University at 1:00 p.m. at Huntsville.
