WILKES MEN'S GOLFERS CONCLUDE REGULAR SEASON WITH 351-327 LOSS AGAINST KING'S

WILKES-BARRE – The Wilkes University men's golf team concluded its 2014 spring campaign falling 351-327 against cross-town rival King's College Tuesday afternoon at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.

Matt Kachurak (Mountain Top, PA/Crestwood) led the Colonels carding a team-low 75. Michael Daubert (Thornhurst, PA/Coughlin) followed scoring a 90, while Dalton Milam (Blakely, PA/Valley View) also posted a 90. Darren Mensch (Muncy, PA/Muncy) shot a 96 to round out the Wilkes finishers.

Corey Palma led all scorers carding a 72 for King's.

Wilkes will now prep for the 2014 Middle Atlantic Conference Championships Saturday and Sunday at the Hershey Country Club.
