Wilkes slips to 2-3 overall after the loss while LVC improves to 4-1 following the shutout victory. Amanda Douglas put LVC on the board at the 4:14 mark when she scored off an assist from Sammy Bost. LVC then added back-to-back insurance goals in the second half, the first coming at 62:39 and the second at 63:44. Emilia Santoleri scored the first goal off a free kick following a Wilkes foul, while MacKenzie Murray found the back of the net one minute later off a helper from Douglass. Wilkes held the shot advantage in the contest at 15-9 while claiming seven corner kicks to LVC's three attempts. LVC keeper Taylor Reinhold was up to the task all afternoon on the Lady Colonels attack finishing with eight saves. Lisa Semetti (Limerick, PA/Spring-Ford) made three stops in the loss in net for Wilkes.
