Wilkes, winners of two straight, improves to 3-5 overall and 1-0 in Freedom games, while Manhattanville drops to 2-9 overall and 0-1 in league play. Brownsey put Wilkes up early just 9:53 into the game when she scored off a pass in front of the mouth of the goal from Kaylee Caprari (Kingston, PA/Wyoming Valley West). Seven minutes later the Wilkes lead grew to 2-0 when Surdy scored the first of her three tallies off a penalty corner taken by Maura Anistranski (Forty Fort, PA/Wyoming Valley West).
