Wilkes Volleyball Concludes MAC Freedom Play at Manhattanville
 
PURCHASE, N.Y. – The Wilkes University volleyball team concluded its MAC Freedom schedule falling 3-0 at Manhattanville College Wednesday night.
 
Wilkes fell to 12-22 overall and finishes 1-6 in league matches. Manhattanville improved to 17-9 overall and 2-5 in conference contests. The Lady Colonels dropped the match by scores of 25-19, 25-16 and 25-7.
 
Kayley Schinski (Plymouth, PA/Nanticoke) led the Wilkes attack with five kills. Ally Paskas (Rutherford, NJ/Rutherford) followed with four kills and 14 digs. Danica Benson (Allentown, PA/Emmaus) paced the backline with a team-high 22 digs while setter Megan Powers (Pottsville, PA/Pottsville) finished with 17 assists.
 
Wilkes hosts its final tri-match of the year Saturday welcoming Moravian College and Rutgers-Camden starting at 10:30 a.m.
