Men's Swimming Defeated at Lebanon Valley
ANNVILLE, Pa- The Wilkes University men's swim team dropped its Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) meet at Lebanon Valley College 126-62 on Saturday afternoon.
Full Meet ResultsThe loss drops the Colonels, who are wearing pink caps this month to supports breast cancer awareness, to 0-4 overall and 0-3 in MAC meets.
The relay team of
Will Hauze (Wapwallopen, PA/Holy Redeemer),
Thurman Fogleman (York, PA/William Penn),
Austin Paisley (Sugarloaf, PA/Hazleton Area), and
Christopher Bright (Robesonia, PA/Conrad Weiser) finished first in the 800 free relay, while the relay team of
Chase Osborne (Lords Valley, PA/Wallenpaupack),
Matthew Nevers (Jackson, NJ/Jackson Memorial), Bright, and
Jake Chielli (Dallas, PA/Dallas) finished second in the 200 medley relay.
Chielli finished first in the 50 meter free, while Mike Henne finished second in the 400 free. Fogleman and Nevers finished first and second, respectively, in the 100 breast.
Wilkes returns to the pool on Sunday, November 8
th for its first home meet at the Wyoming Valley Catholic Youth Center against Lycoming with a 2 p.m. start time.
