Women's Swimming Defeated at Hood
FREDERICK, Md.- The Wilkes University women's swim team was defeated 179-59 at Hood College on Saturday afternoon.

The relay team of
Amanda Lopez (Dallas, PA/Dallas),
Sarah Fasulka (Shavertown, PA/Dallas),
Allie Aspey (Dover, PA/Dover), and
Danielle McCole (Wilkes-Barre, PA/Holy Redeemer) finished second in the 400 medley relay. The team of
Morgan Williams (Scranton, PA/West Scranton),
Megan Evers (Piscataway, NJ/Piscataway), McCole, and Fasulka finished second in the 800 freestyle relay.
Aspey finished first in the 100 breast with a time of 1:17.21, and first in the 200 breast with a time of 2:49.33.
Lopez finished second in the 50 free with a time of 26.54.
Fasulka finished second in the 100 IM with a time of 1:08.63.
Wilkes returns to the pool next Saturday against Penn State-Altoona for its second home meet of the year, starting at 1 p.m. at the CYC.
