Women's Swimming goes 1-1 at Cabrini Double-Dual Meet
RADNOR, Pa. – The Wilkes University women's swim team defeated host Cabrini College 103.50-93.50 and fell to Widener University 162-39 at Cabrini on Saturday afternoon, which combined with last month's win over PSU-Altoona, marks the programs first win streak since the programs rebirth last season.

Morgan Williams (Scranton, PA/West Scranton) broke her own program record in the 1000 free, finishing in 12:28.14.
The relay team of
Megan Evers (Piscataway, NJ/Piscataway),
Danielle McCole (Wilkes-Barre, PA/Holy Redeemer),
Cassandra Morey (Chemung, NY/Waverly), and
Amanda Lopez (Dallas, PA/Dallas) finished second in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:49.52.
The relay team of
Kate Thomas (Schuylkill Haven, PA/Blue Mountain),
Sarah Fasulka (Shavertown, PA/Dallas),
Allie Aspey (Dover, PA/Dover), and
Amanda Stickles (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) finished third in the 200 medley relay in 2:07.40.
Morey also finished third in the 50 free at 27.00 and fifth in the 100 fly at 1:10.23.
Lopez finished third in the 100 back at 1:08.31 and fifth in the 200 free at 2:11.08.
Aspey finished third in the 200 IM at 2:30.74 and finished third in the 100 breast at 1:17.48.
Wilkes returns to the pool on Saturday when it travels to New Rochelle, N.Y. for a double-dual against the College of New Rochelle and Cedar Crest College at 1 p.m.
