WILKES-BARRE – The Wilkes University women's swimming team made its home season debut on Monday afternoon dropping a 150-80 decision to visiting Albright College at the Catholic Youth Center (CYC).
 
Wilkes drops to 0-4 on the season following the home dual meet defeat.

Morgan Williams (Scranton, PA/West Scranton) topped the Lady Colonels with a third place finish in the 200 freestyle touching in at 2:11.54. Elizabeth Dyminski (Fredon, NJ/Kittatinny) also finished third in the 100 backstroke at 1:15.68.
 
Cassie Morey (Chemung, NY/Waverly) and Danielle McCole (Wilkes-Barre, PA/Holy Redeemer) claimed second and third place respectively in the 50 freestyle. Morey finished at 27.48 while McCole touched the mark at 28.25.
 
McCole also earned a third place finish in the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:01.44. Allie Aspey (Dover, PA/Dover) posted a time of 2:57.59 for third place in the 200 breaststroke.
 
Wilkes returns to the pool Saturday traveling to Cobleskill, N.Y. for a dual meet with SUNY Cobleskill at 1:00 p.m.
