Swimming Completes Day One of MAC Championships
YORK, Pa – The Wilkes University women's and men's swim team completed day one of the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships in York, Pa. on Thursday evening.

Danielle McCole (Wilkes-Barre, PA/Holy Redeemer),
Morgan Williams (Scranton, PA/West Scranton),
Sarah Fasulka (Shavertown, PA/Dallas), and
Amanda Lopez (Dallas, PA/Dallas) broke the program record in the women's 800 free relay, finishing at 8:39.62.
The relay team of
Jake Chielli (Dallas, PA/Dallas),
Thurman Fogleman (York, PA/William Penn),
Austin Paisley (Sugarloaf, PA/Hazleton Area), and
Will Hauze (Wapwallopen, PA/Holy Redeemer) broke the program record in the men's 800 free relay, finishing in 8:16.06. In his leg, Chielli broke the 200 free record at 2:01.04.
Competition will resume tomorrow.
