Swimming Finishes Day Two of MAC Championships
YORK, Pa. – The Wilkes University women's and men's swim team completed the second day of the Middle Atlantic Conference championships on Friday evening.
Session Three ResultsThe relay team of
Kate Thomas (Schuylkill Haven, PA/Blue Mountain),
Sarah Fasulka (Shavertown, PA/Dallas),
Allie Aspey (Dover, PA/Dover), and
Amanda Stickles (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) finished 12
th in the women's 400 medley relay with a time of 4:30.09.
Morgan Williams (Scranton, PA/West Scranton) set a new program record in the 500 free with a time of 5:42.78.
Allie Aspey (Dover, PA/Dover) set a new program record in the 200 IM with a time of 2:24.06.
The relay team of
Will Hauze (Wapwallopen, PA/Holy Redeemer),
Thurman Fogleman (York, PA/William Penn),
Michael Henne (Northampton, PA/Northampton), and
Peter Feno (Shickshinny, PA/Northwest Area) finished 10
th in the 400 medley relay with a time of 4:28.14.
The championships continue tomorrow with the preliminary rounds beginning at 10 a.m. and the evening session beginning at 6 p.m.
