Wilkes Men's Swimming Defeats Cabrini 99-69 before Falling to Widener in Double-Dual
RADNOR, Pa. – The Wilkes University men's swim team went 1-1 at its double-dual meet, defeating Cabrini 99-69 and felling to Widener 169-28 at Cabrini on Saturday afternoon.
The Colonels are now 4-6 on the season and 2-4 in MAC meets.

Phillip Bennett (Sayre, PA/Sayre ), and J. Parfianowicz came in third in the 400 freestyle relay with a time of 3:44.08.
D. Parfianowicz finished second in the 50 freestyle with a time of 22.75 and fourth in the 200 backstroke in 2:16.97.
Walker came in fourth in the 500 freestyle in 5:57.82.
J. Parfianowicz finished fifth in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:03.32.
Weatherby finished fifth in the 200 IM in 2:11.85.
Bennett came in fifth in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:42.28.
Wilkes returns to action on Saturday when it will host a double-dual with College of New Rochelle and Misericordia. Saturday will also be the team's senior day, with a ceremony to honor the Colonels swimming in their final home meet.
