Wilkes Men's Swimming Finishes Day Three of MAC Championships
YORK, PA – The Wilkes University men's swimming team concluded action on day three of the 2017 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships Saturday night at the York Aquatic Club.

In the 200 free relay the team of
Jacob Parfianowicz (Elmira, NY/Elmira Free Academy),
Dominic Parfianowicz (Elmira, NY/Elmira Free Academy),
Tyler Weatherby (Sewell, NJ/Gloucester County Institutional Technology) and Chris Bright broke the school mark with a time of 1:31.19 for 10
th place at the event.
Sean Connelly (Ashley, PA/Hanover Area) and
Phillip Bennett (Sayre, PA/Sayre ) touched in at 59.99 and 1:00.90 in the 100 butterfly respectively.
Bright also swam the 100 breaststroke finishing in 20
th at 1:04.66 while J. Parfianowicz (24
th/1:06.09),
Nick Walker (Nazareth, PA/Nazareth Area) (25
th/1:07.37),
Thurman Fogleman (York, PA/William Penn) (31
st/1:09.79) and
Matthew Nevers (Jackson, NJ/Jackson Memorial) (32
nd/1:10.32) rounded out the Colonel finishers at the event.
Wilkes remains in 12
th place with 52 total team points through 22 events. The final day of action will begin tomorrow (Sunday) at 10:00 a.m.
