LEHMAN, PA – The Wilkes University women's golf team finished in third place in a tri-match with host Misericordia University and the University of Scranton on Sunday afternoon at the Irem Temple Country Club.
 
Wilkes shot a combined 766 at the five-player team event. Scranton took home first place carding a combined 514 while Misericordia shot a team score of 692.
 
Elizabeth Reyes (Old Bridge, NJ/Old Bridge) led all Wilkes players carding a 128. Christy Taylor (Carlstad, NJ/Lenape Valley) followed with a 130 while Alexa Flood (Moscow, PA/North Pocono) shot a 146. Laren Hertzog (164) and Ashley Hoffman (Pottstown, PA/Pottsgrove) (198) rounded out the Lady Colonel scorers at the tri-match.
 
Brianna Stein of Scranton took home medalist honors shooting a match-low 90.
