MOUNT COBB, PA – The Wilkes University women's golf team fell 4-1 in match play to the University of Scranton at the Scranton Municipal Golf Cub Saturday afternoon.
 
Gwen MacConnell (Great Bend, PA/Blue Ridge) and Sarah Sorber (Hunlock Creek, PA/Northwest Area) both earned splits in their respective matches.
 
Wilkes is back in action October 7 when they compete at the MAC Conference preview at 1:00 p.m. at the Mountain Laurel Golf Club.
