DALLAS, PA – The Wilkes University women's golf team split a pair of matches against local rivals King's College and Misericordia University Monday afternoon at the Irem Country Club.
 
Wilkes scored a 3-1 victory over King's while falling 3-2 to Misericordia in match play.
 
Cassidy Taylor (Forty Fort, PA/Wyoming Valley West) and Gwen MacConnell (Great Bend, PA/Blue Ridge) scored a pair of wins for Wilkes besting both their Misericordia and King's counterparts in match play.
 
Wilkes is back in action September 21 with another tri-match against King's and Misericordia at the Wyoming Valley Country Club starting at 1:00 p.m.
