WILKES-BARRE, PA – The Wilkes University women's golf team fell to host King's College 368-388 in dual match play Sunday afternoon at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.
 
Sarah Sorber (Hunlock Creek, PA/Northwest Area) led all Wilkes scorers carding an 84, good for second overall. Gwen MacConnell (Great Bend, PA/Blue Ridge) followed shooting a 91 while Cassidy Taylor (Forty Fort, PA/Wyoming Valley West) (94) and Marissa Korea (Duryea, PA/Pittston Area) (114) rounded out the Colonel finishers in the match.
 
Paula Moon led all competitors with an 81 on the Par 71 course.
 
Wilkes will conclude its fall season on Saturday when the Colonels host Misericordia University at 2:00 p.m. at the Huntsville Golf Club.
