Wilkes Women's Golf Scores 411-433 Win against Misericordia to Wrap Up Fall Season
LEHMAN, PA – The Wilkes University women's golf team concluded fall play with a 411-433 victory over Misericordia University Saturday afternoon at Huntsville Golf Club.
Sarah Sorber (Hunlock Creek, PA/Northwest Area) topped all scorers shooting an 81 on the Par 72 course.
Gwen MacConnell (Great Bend, PA/Blue Ridge) followed carding a 90 while
Marissa Korea (Duryea, PA/Pittston Area) (114) and
Cassidy Taylor (Forty Fort, PA/Wyoming Valley West) (126) rounded out the Colonel finishers.
Jordyn Ruane led all Cougar participants posting a score of 86.
The match concluded the fall season for Wilkes who finished dual match play with a 2-6 overall record.
