WILKES-BARRE -- The WiIkes University Colonels men's swimming team swam in a virtual relay meet this past Saturday against Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) foes.
 
The Colonels finished 10th out of 11 squads with 74 points in the virtual affair.  Each squad swam at their own facility and they exchanged and compiled their results with the other participating squads after the event.

The men's best finish on the day was a sixth place finish in the 3x50 breaststroke relay.  The Team was composed of sophomore Liam White (Cortlandt Manor, NY/Walter Panas High School), first year Stephen Verosko (Gainesville, VA/Patriot), and first year Jared Weyandt (Reading, PA/Exeter Township Senior).  The unit finished with a time of 1:40.43.
 
The Colonels continue their slate of virtual meets with a Pentathlon this upcoming Saturday starting at 10:00 a.m.
