LEHMAN, PA – The Wilkes University men's golf team saw four players shoot 85 or under as the Colonels posted a 333-357 victory over MAC Freedom foe FDU-Florham Thursday afternoon at Huntsville Golf Club.
 
Wilkes moved to 2-1 overall in dual match play following the win.
 
Andrew Finke (West Milford, NJ/West Milford Twp.) led all Wilkes scorers shooting a team-low 81 on the Par-72 course. Max Cocchi (Ludlow, MA/Tilton School) followed carding an 83 while Michael Sherrick (Shickshinny, PA/Northwest Area) (84) and Cole Jungwirth (Bloomington, MN/Jefferson) (85) finished off the 85 or lower rounds for Wilkes on the day. Michael Gurska (Revere, MA/The Rivers School) rounded out the finishers posting a 96.
 
Vincent Dasaro led FDU-Florham with a round-low 77 (+5).
 
Wilkes is back in action September 22 hosting cross-town rival King's College at Huntsville starting at 1:00 p.m.
