DALLAS, PA – The Wilkes University men's volleyball team was beaten twice on Saturday in a tri-match hosted by Misericordia University. The host Cougars defeated the Colonels 3-0 (25-16, 25-16, 25-9) in a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) match and the No. 14 St. John Fisher College won the non-conference match 3-0 (25-16, 25-16, 25-15).

Wilkes is now 9-17 overall and 0-7 in the MAC. Misericordia improved to 13-12 overall and to 4-4 in the league while the nationally ranked Cardinals improved to 17-7 overall.

The Cougars controlled the match in every set on their way to their second MAC victory and third overall against the Colonels this season.
