LEHMAN,PA – Junior Cole Jungwirth (Bloomington, MN/Thomas Jefferson) shot a season-low 77 (+5) to lead the Wilkes University men's golf team to its first dual match victory of the 2022 fall season as the Colonels posted a 325-360 win over Penn State Wilkes-Barre on Saturday afternoon at the Huntsville Golf Club.
 
Max Cocchi (Ludlow, MA/Tilton School) was right behind Jungwirth shooting a season-best 78 on the day. Brennan Reiner (Altamont, NY/Guilderland) and Matthew Carlson (Delmar, NY/Albany Academy) both carded 85 while Trevor DuBoff (Stony Point, NY/North Rockland) shot an 88.
 
Cooper Kelley finished with a round-low 74 (+2) to top Penn State Wilkes-Barre.
 
Wilkes remains home on Tuesday hosting Misericordia University at 1:00 p.m. at Huntsville.
