White and Miller Recognized during Wilkes Men's Swimming Senior Day Meet

Liam White (Cortlandt Manor, NY/Walter Panas) and graduate student
Shane Miller (Oneonta, NY/Oneonta). King's College defeated the Colonels 108-43 in the dual meet.

Stephen Verosko (Gainesville, VA/Patriot) took first place over two teammates in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:12.17 as he earned nine team points. White was second in the race at 1:15.55.
Damian Jenkins (Archbald, PA/Valley View) was second in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 1:07.97.
Miller had two third place finishes. He was third of six swimmers in the 50 Freestyle with a time of 25.24. He was also third of four swimmers in the 100 Butterfly with a finish of 1:00.96.
Ashton Dainty (Scranton, PA/Scranton), White, Miller, and Verosko finished the day with a time of 1:41.36 in the 200 Freestyle Relay. King's team finished in 1:39.12.
Wilkes finished its dual meet season with a 2-11 record.
The Colonels will now prepare for the end-of-the-season Middle Atlantic Conference Championships which will be at the Graham Aquatic Center in York, Pa. on February 9-12.
