Wilkes Men's Tennis Drops Non-Conference Match at Scranton
SCRANTON, PA – The Wilkes University men's tennis team lost 9-0 at the University of Scranton in a non-conference match Sunday afternoon at the Royal Courts.
Wilkes dropped to 1-10 overall with the loss while Scranton improved to 7-10 overall.
The Royals swept doubles play with a pair of 8-5 wins and an 8-3 win to lead 3-0 heading to singles play. Scranton swept all six singles flights in straight sets to win 9-0.
The Colonels close out their season on Tuesday with a non-conference match at Dickinson College at 3:30 p.m.
