LEHMAN, PA – Trevor DuBoff (Stony Point, NY/North Rockland) aced hole No. 5 as the Wilkes University men's golf team improved to 3-1 after posting a 329-373 victory over Misericordia University Tuesday afternoon at Huntsville Golf Club.
 
DuBoff finished with an 87, carding a hole-in-one on the Par 3 No. 5. Cole Jungwirth (Bloomington, MN/Thomas Jefferson) took home medalist honors shooting a round-low 77. Max Cocchi (Ludlow, MA/Tilton School) finished with an 80 while Matthew Carlson (Delmar, NY/Albany Academy) (85) and Sam Hopkins (Honesdale, PA/Honesdale) (87) rounded out the Colonel finishers.
 
Brett Herman led all Cougar scorers with an 83.
 
Wilkes is back on the course next Monday when the Colonels face the University of Scranton at 1:00 p.m. at Glenmaura National Golf Club.
