WILKES-BARRE – Kyleen McCance (Hanover, PA/Hanover Area) fired in a program record 72, besting her previous mark of 73 last season, to lead the Wilkes University women's golf team to a pair of wins in a tri-match hosted by King's College at Wyoming Valley Country Club Saturday afternoon.
 
The Colonels posted a team score of 275 taking first place, while King's followed with a score of 332 and Marywood 336.
 
McCance was not the only golfer posting personal bests as Mollie Corbett (Hanover, PA/Hanover Area) followed carding a career-low mark of 92 on the day. Isabella Rebar (Eynon, Pa./Valley View) and Rissa Brazeau (Timmins, ON/) each finished with a 111 while Morgan Andretta (Middleburg, PA/Midd-West) (113) and Audrey Milne (London, ON/) (116) rounded out the Wilkes finishers.
 
Brighton Wallin topped King's shooting a 101 while Carly Mulroy paced Marywood with a 97.
 
The Colonels are back on the course on Sunday, October 6 when they host Misericordia University and FDU-Florham at 1:00 p.m. at Huntsville.
