WILKES-BARRE – The Wilkes University women's golf team opened its 2025 spring season with a 395-407 victory over fellow Landmark Conference member Goucher College Sunday afternoon at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.
 
Kyleen McCance (Hanover, PA/Hanover Area) finished with a round-low even par 71 on the day for first place. Haylee Bouchard (Sioux Lookout, ON) followed carding a 104 while Madison Straub (Franklin, NJ/Franklin) finished with a 109. Isabella Rebar (Eynon, Pa./Valley View) (111) and Isabella Lesante (Sugarloaf, PA/Marian Catholic) (113) rounded out the Colonel finishers in the match.
 
Maddie Agrusti topped Goucher with a team-low 88 on the day.
 
Wilkes is back in action Saturday with a dual match against the University of Scranton at Stone Hedge Golf Course at 1:00 p.m.
