DELAWARE, PA – The Wilkes University completed round one of the 2025 Landmark Conference Men's Golf Championship Saturday afternoon at the Shawnee Golf Course.
 
The Colonels finished in 8^th place after one round of play posting a team score of 325 (+37). Drew University finished in first place with a team score of 289 (+1) while the University of Scranton followed in second with a score of 296 (+8).
 
Cole Jungwirth (Minneapolis, MN/Thomas Jefferson) led all Wilkes finishers finishing tied for 17^th overall carding a 77 (+5) during round one play. Brady Noone (Exeter, PA/Wyoming Area) followed in 26^th place with a score of 79 (+7). Teague Porter (Anchorage, AK) (84/t-40^th), Daniel Nau (Wake Forest, NC/Heritage) (85/42^nd) and Trey Hilbert (Palmyra, PA/Palmyra) (86/t-43^rd) rounded out the Colonel scorers at the event.
 
Drew's Liam Larkin led all finishers shooting a three-under 69 on the Par 72 course.
 
Round two begins tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
