Wilkes Men's Golf Finishes 9th at Landmark Championships
DELAWARE, PA – The Wilkes University men's golf team finished in ninth place at the 2025 Landmark Conference Championship after concluding round two play on Sunday afternoon at Shawnee Golf Course.
The Colonels finished with a two-day total of 665 after posting a 340 in round two play. Drew University took home the team title with a team score of 600 while the University of Scranton followed in second place one stroke behind with a 601.
Cole Jungwirth (Minneapolis, MN/Thomas Jefferson) was the top Wilkes finisher posting an 80 in round two for a two-day total of 157, tied for 16
th place overall.
Brady Noone (Exeter, PA/Wyoming Area) tied for 35
th overall carding an 86 during round two for a two-day total of 165.
Teague Porter (Anchorage, AK) finished with a combined score of 170 tying for 41
st place.
Daniel Nau (Wake Forest, NC/Heritage) (173/44
th) and
Trey Hilbert (Palmyra, PA/Palmyra) (178/47
th) rounded out the Wilkes competitors at the championship event.
Moravian's Jason Koch won the overall medalist and Player of the Year award finishing with a 141 (-2) (71/70) over the two-day event.
