LEHMAN – The Wilkes University men's golf team braved the weather on a rainy day falling 321-343 to visiting Misericordia University Saturday afternoon at the Huntsville Golf Club.
 
Brady Noone (Exeter, PA/Wyoming Area) led all Colonel finishers carding a 78 on the Par 72 course. Teague Porter (Anchorage, AK) followed shooting an 85 while Trey Hilbert (Palmyra, PA/Palmyra) and Daniel Nau (Wake Forest, NC/Heritage) each recorded a 90 on the day. Matthew Carlson (Delmar, NY/Albany Academy) rounded out the Wilkes competitors with a 94.
 
Brett Herman topped all golfers in the match shooting a round-low four-over 76. Ryan Vallach joined Herman below 80 with a 79.
 
Wilkes returns to the course Monday when the Colonels face Landmark Conference foe the University of Scranton at 1:00 p.m. at Glenmaura National Golf Club.
