DALLAS, PA – The Wilkes University women's golf team finished in second place at the Misericordia University tri-match hosted by the Cougars at the Irem Country Club Sunday afternoon.
 
Kyleen McCance (Hanover, PA/Hanover Area) shot a round-low 73 (+1) on the Par 72 course. Madison Straub (Franklin, NJ/Franklin) carded a 107 for the Colonels. Isabella Rebar (Eynon, Pa./Valley View) and Lauren Koval (Swoyersville, PA/Wyoming Valley West) followed shooting a 111 while Mollie Corbett (Hanover, PA/Hanover Area) finished with a 112. Isabella Lesante (Sugarloaf, PA/Marian Catholic) rounded out the Wilkes competitors posting a 114.
 
Jordan Ruane topped first place Misericordia with a 95 while Hannah Widdifield led Kean shooting a 111.
 
Wilkes returns to the course Saturday when the Colonels host King's College at 1:00 p.m. at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.
