WILKES-BARRE – Wilkes University Assistant Athletic Director for Game Operations, Softball Head Coach, and Senior Woman Administrator Jackie Klahold '15 MS has been selected to attend the 2025 NCAA Division III Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) Program from October 11-14.

The overall program will focus on engaging and empowering senior woman administrators and assisting them in gaining professional development to advance their careers. It will be held in conjunction with the Women Leaders in Sports Convention in Kansas City, Mo.

Klahold has served as Wilkes' SWA since midway through the 2021-22 academic year. She has also been a member of Women Leaders in College Sports since 2017 and the Alliance of Women's Coaches since 2019.

Created in 1981, the senior woman administrator designation is the highest-ranking female in each NCAA athletics department or conference office. The purpose of the designation is to promote meaningful representation of women in the leadership and management of college sports.
