Wilkes Men's Volleyball 2026 Schedule Release
WILKES-BARRE – The Wilkes University athletic department announced the Wilkes men's volleyball 2026 schedule on Monday as part of the week-long series featuring schedules for all spring sports.
After finishing the 2025 campaign with an overall record of 8-21, the Colonels gear up for their upcoming season. The 2026 season consists of 30 contests with 12 being held in the Marts Center. This season marks Wilkes' second year in the Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC). THe Colonels are led by Joseph Czopek in his 10th year as head coach for Wilkes.

The Colonels commence their season with a home tri-match as they host Eastern University and Nazareth University on January 17th. They hit the road for the next five games where they face Lancaster Bible College for a single match on Jan. 20th, then travel to Virginia Beach for two tri-matches at Virginia Wesleyan University. Jan. 23rd Wilkes plays neutral matches against Wisconsin Lutheran College and Geneva College and ends the weekend facing the host Virginia Wesleyan and Shenandoah University on Jan. 24th.
Wilkes returns home to face Penn State Schuylkill on Jan. 27th before ending the month with four games on the road against Widener University (Jan. 29th), John Jay College (Jan. 31st), Neumann University (Jan. 31st), and Elmira College (Feb 4th).
Wilkes opens the month of February back in the Marts Center where they host Penn State Altoona and Cairn University for a tri-match on the 7th. Feb. 10th they travel to Misericordia for a single match before returning home for a Valentines Day tri-match against CVC competitor Kean University and Hartwick College. Feb. 18th they host Neumann University.
The navy and gold finish the month on the road for a tri-match against Bard College and Mount Aloysius (Feb. 21st) and single match against Wilson College (Feb. 25th).
The month of March is packed with CVC competition as Wilkes hosts Marymount University (Mar. 11th), Rutgers-Newark (Mar. 14th), and Drew University (Mar. 18th) before a three game road trip against Southern Virginia University (Mar. 21st), Elizabethtown College (Mar. 27th), and Juniata College (Mar. 28th).
The final home match of the year comes on Wednesday, April 1st as the Colonels host Immaculata University and finish the season on Apr. 4th for a tri-match against host King's College and Stevenson University.
