Wilkes Men's Golf Falls to Scranton
LEHMAN, Pa. – The Wilkes University men's golf team suffered their first loss of the fall season Saturday afternoon, dropping a match to Landmark Conference opponent the University of Scranton 287-322 at Huntsville Golf Club.
Brady Noone (Exeter, PA/Wyoming Area) led the Colonels carding a 77 on the Par-72 course. Close behind him was
Jaden Bleiler (Walnutport, PA/Northampton) who scored an 80 and
Trey Hilbert (Palmyra, PA/Palmyra) with an 81.
Ryan Hacker (Elgin, IL/American School) (84),
Dane Schutter (Harding, PA/Wyoming Area) (87), and
Easton Stafford (Broomfield, CO/Colorado Connections Academy) (87) rounded out the Colonel competitors.
Scranton's Cade Kelleher finished with medalist honors, leading the Royals with a 68.
The Colonels return to action on Friday, October 3 as they travel to face Misericordia University at Irem Country Club.
