WILKES-BARRE – Wilkes University men's wrestling senior Jaryn Hartranft (Catasauqua, PA/Catasauqua) has been ranked nationally by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) as announced by the organization.
 
Hartranft earns his first national ranking of the season standing 15^th at 157-pounds. He also is ranked third in the region and 16^th in The Open Mat rankings.

For the season, Hartranft owns a team-best 23-5 overall record including a perfect 10-0 in dual matches. Of his 23 victories, 19 have come with extra points including nine technical falls, five falls and five major decisions.
 
The senior continues to climb in career wins standing just ten shy of 100 for his time in the Navy and Gold (90-37).
 
Hartranft and the Colonels gear up for the Pete Willson Invite at Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinios on Friday and Saturday.
